- How Long Before My Account Is Active?
This depends on how make a payment.
1. If you pay by Credit Card then your account will be active right away.
2. If you pay by Qchex or Paypal your will account be active between 1 minute to
1 hour. to speed this process you can call us at 1-888-747-7669 to confirm your
account and we will activate it right away.
- When I try to connect, why do I get a
message telling me wrong username and Password?
Your User Name and Password are case sensitive so make
sure they are spelled correctly and all lowercase.
Cutting and pasting your User Name and Password from another Windows program can
cause errors. Enter them manually and try again.
If you are sure you entered your User Name and Password correctly, reboot your
computer and try connecting again. If the problem persists, contact Technical
Support for assistance at 1-888-747-7669.

for Outlook?
You can use Risp.biz Internet Setup program which can
be downloaded in Risp.biz
Internet software section.

Start Microsoft Outlook Express.
Click on Tools
then Accounts.
Click on the Mail tab at the top of the pop-up window.
Click the Add button on the right side of the window and select the Mail...
option.
Follow the Internet Connection Wizard.
Enter your name
For example: John Smith
Enter your e-mail address
For example: johnsmith@risp.biz
Your incoming mail server is a “POP3” server.
Enter “mail.risp.biz” for both incoming and outgoing mail servers.
Enter your account name
For example: johnsmith@risp.biz
Then enter your password.
That's it.

Start the Eudora Light program.
Click on Tools and then on Settings.
Follow these examples:
POP ACCOUNT: username@mail.risp.biz
For example: johnsmith@mail.risp.biz
REAL NAME: Your Name

Make sure that "Leave Mail on Server" is NOT checked in the "Checking Mail"
settings.

Your User Name and Password are just like your email
address. Example: username@risp.biz
To login to your RISP E-Mail account you will need to use
username@risp.biz .

in area code, click on your local number, Then click ok. put in username and
password. Click connect.
